Made this for my best friend's housewarming gift. I painted a canvas with a cement color paint, layered with crackle paint, and covered with a dark gray. Then I dabbed the gray with a paper towel before the gray completely dried. Glued buttons in a heart shape and added letters bought at a craft store.
